AI NinjaTrader ("the Service") provides market data, indicators, news aggregation and a simulated (paper) trading workspace, accessed via a subscription plan. The Service does not place, modify or cancel real exchange orders on your behalf, at any plan tier.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processor. Prices are shown on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for unused time unless required by law.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We make no guarantee of any trading outcome, return, or win rate. See our Risk Disclosure for full detail.
You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the Service at scale, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
